SMS messaging terms

Robinhood Health communicates with patients by text message, including through Mariann, our nursing assistant. Messages may include screening reminders, instructions for completing at-home test kits, care coordination messages, and replies to questions you send us. By providing your mobile number, you opt in to receive these messages.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP or contact info@robinhoodhealth.co for assistance.
• Consent is not a condition of receiving care.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
